LKWC Membership Has Meaning

Come for the luncheon. Stay for the friendships. Help make good things happen in the Lower Keys.

Our members bring the fun and generosity from all across the Lower Keys and beyond! Some live here year-round, some return with the sunshine each winter, and many travel from Marathon to Key West to join us for lunch. Visitors are always welcome, and it’s not unusual for someone to come to one luncheon and decide they’ve found their people.
Live farther away? You can still be part of the Club. Our Flamingo Friends membership offers a reduced annual fee so you can support our work and stay connected from anywhere in the world.


Full-fledged Membership is only $25 per year and includes: 

Club voting privileges ~ Be a part of our legacy, and shape the future direction of the Club. Have a voice in Board member elections, sponsored charities and more. 

Communications ~ You will get personal invitations to meetings, quarterly newsletters, and early-bird sign up opportunities to Club sponsored events!

Member Directory ~ One of the biggest benefits of being a Member is the friendships you will forge. To help foster this, you will have password protected access to member contacts. 

Flamingo Friends Membership

Stay connected to the Keys from anywhere, and help local nursing students build their futures.

You don’t have to live in the Keys to care about what happens here. Flamingo Friends lets friends near and far be part of the Lower Keys Women’s Club and the good we do together.
For $20 a year, you’ll receive a membership card, a small token of our thanks, a personal thank-you letter, and a quarterly digital newsletter filled with stories from our Keys community.
Best of all, 100% of the net proceeds from our Flamingos Afar program go to our College of the Florida Keys Nursing Scholarship Endowment. The Club has supported local nursing students since 1967. In 2025, our members and community helped us reach a milestone by establishing an endowment for those scholarships. Growing that fund will help us offer more scholarships, and larger ones, to aspiring nurses in the Florida Keys for years to come.
